The Problem

Field officers (MRDAs) had no self-service way to check their own case status, performance stats, or member development progress. Every status check meant interrupting a supervisor — creating bottlenecks and reducing officer autonomy.

What I Built

A Progressive Web App (installable directly to a phone home screen, no app store needed) giving each field officer their own private workspace.

Core Features

• PIN-based login via Supabase — simple, fast authentication suited for field use
• 9+ integrated tools covering case tracking, performance stats, and member development workflows
• Self-service design philosophy: "tools nila para sa sarili nila" — built so officers check their own progress without needing to ask
