The Problem

LKBP Cooperative's Member Relations Development (MRD) division managed member outreach, case tracking, and performance monitoring through manual processes across 9 MRDAs (field officers) and multiple branches — with no centralized system for visibility, communication automation, or performance tracking.

What I Built

A full internal tooling suite, built and deployed while serving as MRDS (Member Relations Development Supervisor) — giving me direct insight into the operational pain points I was solving for.

MRDA Interface

Progressive Web App (PWA) for field officers — PIN-based login via Supabase, 9+ integrated tools for case management and self-service stat tracking.

MRD Control Tower

Central dashboard for tracking member development pipelines ("Tiwalag Intel"), a "Stay & Grow" planning tool, and live Google Sheets sync via Supabase Edge Functions.

FSG Central

Unified admin panel combining the Control Tower and an SMS/email communication assistant (FSG Assistant) for automated member outreach — deployed on Cloudflare Workers after migrating off Netlify's free-tier limits.

PMES Trainer

Training module deployed separately on Netlify.
